Getting the poison out!

Well, first race in the bag. The Spartanburg Stump Jump, for me, was a success. I hadn't been able to really train, at least that is my excuse, I hadn't eaten right, and, I rode my new Canfield One 6.5 inch travel trail/ all mountain bike. I got a respectable 6th out of 15, and yes, everyone in my class finished. It was a great course, fast, rolling singletrack. No major cramps as I didn't take off like a bat our of you know where. It was good for me as I know I can get better. The poison is out, time to get my shiite in gear.
